§ 10.18.010. Tolls prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or organization, charitable or otherwise, to occupy, stand in and/or use any portion of any public street, highway or bridge for the purpose of establishing a toll location through which vehicular traffic must pass in order to collect funds or make any other contact or solicitation from the driver or occupant of any vehicle using the public street, highway or bridge within the City.
