§ 10.2.020. Toy vehicles and devices—restrictions—exception.

A.

It is unlawful for any person upon roller skates, toy vehicle, or similar device to be upon any roadway except while crossing a street on a crosswalk. Such person shall be granted all rights and shall be subject to all the duties applicable to pedestrians.

B.

A violation of this section is punishable by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00).
