§ 10.5.020. Direction designated.

A.
Upon those streets, parts of streets, and alleys described in subsection B of this section, vehicular traffic shall move only in the indicated direction. Movement in the opposite direction is prohibited.
B.
In accordance with Section 10.5.010 and when proper signs are posted, traffic shall move only in the direction indicated upon the following streets or avenues.
