§ 12.11.010. Obstruction—defined—prohibited.

A.

"Obstruction," as used in this chapter, means clothing, fruit, any kind of merchandise, boxes, crates, trunks, racks and stands, or any other object that may hinder and/or impede pedestrian or other traffic.

B.

It is unlawful for any person or persons, firm, corporation, or other entity to place, cause to be placed, or to permit any obstruction to be placed or remain upon any of the sidewalks of the City, except in cases where artwork has been approved by the City and placed within the Business Improvement District as part of the Discovery Gallery.
