§ 12.13.010. Construction—supervision.

A.

The construction of concrete driveways and concrete crosswalks used for private purposes, within the street lines of the City, shall be under the supervision and direction of the Public Works Director or designee.

B.

The design and concrete mixture shall conform to standard specifications on file in the City Public Works Department for concrete sidewalks and concrete crossings.
