Upon the granting of a sewer connection license, and before the same has been issued,
the applicant shall file with the Planning and Community Development Department a
general liability policy or a written certificate of the same with bodily injury limits
in the amount of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per claimant, and property
damage limits of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) per claimant and one
million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence.
