§ 17.16.16.020. Application and review procedure.

A.

Submittal of application. The applicant shall submit a completed application to the Planning and Community Development Department.

B.

Determination of completeness. Within two (2) days of submittal, the Director of Planning and Community Development shall determine whether the submitted application is complete or incomplete and notify the applicant, of any deficiencies. The director shall take no further steps to process the application until the deficiencies are remedied.

C.

Determination of compliance. Within three (3) days after a determination of completeness, the director shall approve the permit, approve it with conditions, or deny the permit based on the decision criteria established in this article.

D.

Permit fee. At the time of issuance of the permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable permit fee as may be established by the City Commission.
