§ 17.16.32.030. Application and review procedure for variances that relate to the subdivision regulations.

A.

Submittal of application. The applicant shall submit a completed application to the Planning and Community Development Department along with the application for subdivision as provided in Article 26 of this chapter.

B.

Procedure. The application for variance shall be processed simultaneously and as a part of the application for subdivision as provided in Article 26 of this chapter including staff report, Planning Board recommendation and City Commission decision.
