§ 17.16.38.010. Responsibility for interpretation.

In the event a question arises concerning any provision or the application of any provision of this Title, the following individuals shall be responsible for rendering a written interpretation for the specified provisions. Due to overlaying responsibilities, joint interpretation may be required for all other provisions of this Title.

Historic preservation officer—Regulations concerning historic structures and buildings.

2.

Director of Public Works—Regulations concerning erosion control and stormwater management.

3.

Director of Planning and Community Development—Regulations concerning land use, subdivision and platting, airport district, neighborhood district, design review, parking, signs, outdoor lighting, and landscaping.
