§ 17.60.3.020. Central Avenue banners/BNSF Underpasses (1st Avenue North 6th Street Southwest).

This section applies only to off-premise banners displayed across Central Avenue and BNSF Underpasses at 1st Avenue North and 6th Street Southwest.
A.

Banners may be no larger than one hundred (100) square feet.

B.

One (1) banner permit may be issued at a time for a maximum of thirty (30) consecutive days. Time allowances are exclusive, i.e. only one (1) sign may be displayed at a time. The entire time allowance for a given banner permit must expire before another banner may be displayed.

C.

Permission to connect a banner must be received from the owners of the banner-anchoring buildings.
