§ 17.60.7.080. Insurance and bond.

A.

Sign contractor's Class A license. Prior to receiving a Sign contractor's Class A license, an applicant must file a current commercial general liability insurance policy or written certificate issued by an insurance carrier authorized to do business in the State with the Planning and Community Development Department.

B.

Insurance must be kept in full force as a condition of licensure. In the event of insurance cancellation, the sign contractor's license automatically terminates.

C.

Payment is required of a license bond in an amount established by City Commission resolution.
