§ 17.8.070. Interpretation of boundaries and designations for overlay districts.

A.

Generally. The location of the overlay district boundaries shall be as shown on the zoning map, except as provided in this section.

B.

Floodplain boundaries. The boundaries of the one hundred-year floodplain and floodway and the interpretation thereof are as determined pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 56 of this Title.
