A.

Official bonds must be filed in the Human Resources Department.

B.

Unless otherwise provided, all official bonds must be joint and several and made payable to the City and with such conditions as required in Section 2.6.030.

C.

The principal and sureties upon any official bond are also, in all cases, liable for the neglect, default, or misconduct in office of any City employee.
