§ 6.2.010. Definitions.

A.

"Colony" means bees and their hive(s) combined and all equipment used in connection with the hive(s).

B.

"Hive" means a frame hive, box hive, box, barrel, log gum, skep, or other receptacle or container, natural or artificial, used as a domicile for bees.

C.

All other terms in this Chapter shall have the meaning designated by MCA Title 80, Chapter 6, Part 1.
