§ 8.52.100. Interference prohibited.

A.

It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or other entity to prevent, delay, or interfere with the Park and Recreation employees or agents while they are engaged in the performance of the duties imposed by this Chapter.

B.

A violation of this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) or more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), a term not to exceed six (6) months in jail, or both.
