It is unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, or entity representative to tack,
nail, or otherwise attach any placard, poster, picture, printed matter, or any type
of literature or advertising to any public utility poles, or to any City property,
including but not limited to trees, shrubs, fixtures, or structures of the City, within
the City limits of the City.
